I have a program listed in Vistas control panel’s programs uninstall list that when i try to uninstall the program it starts to then says it cant so its still listed in the list in the program uninstall list.How do i remove it from that list so its not listed in the program list in control panel?I hope this makes sense to someone…

search for the program run and then type in add or remove programs

make it sure that the program is not running when you remove it check at the right bottom side of your screen if the icon was there if so, then right click on it then click exit and start removing at control panel uninstall or download the revo uninstaller program its better than windows uninstaller
