How do i remove a viruses using Kaspersky?

Im still new with using kaspersky.
When its scanned on my pc,its haved 57 events(Vulnerability) n the criticality said Very dangerous!!
So,i dont know how to remove all of it..
Can someone help me please??
Im affraid that will cause my pc problems!
I dont found REMOVE ALL!!
