The warning stays on my screen. Nothing I do removes it. I'm able to access files and the internet. But when I turn the computer off and on, the warning is still there.

Get the new Super AntiSpyware. Run a full scan. This will take some time, depending on how big your hard disk is and how much you have on it, but you need a full scan to find all the spyware you have on it.

Oh wow even when ur turn it off??
weird.. anyway. mu suggestions:
Download the follwoign:
"spybot search and destroy" and "superantispyware" scan ur pc one at a time with this progarms and remove anything it finds…
GO to start>>run>>type: msconfig>>click on start up>> uncheck anything that seems harmfull exept the >>powerprofile,ur anti-virus,anti-spyware, system tray.. its easy to recognize them..
If none of these helped take ur pc to a computer store and they'll fix it up.. you need to pay some $$$!
Good luck

clean temp files before scanning by using built in disk cleanup
in windows
start>run>cleanmgr
or use ccleaner

if using ccleaner untick the entry in options.advanced for not to remove temp files older than 48 hours
