I recently d/l the free version and ran the full scan and it found the Trojan Horse. I clicked on Heal, but it didn't do anything. I clicked on Virus Vault and see the file listed in there, but how do I get it removed?

Leave it where it is! In the virus vault it can't do any damage. It is like the equlivlant of being locked in a room with no windows or doors…i.e no way it can get out.

Vundo(s) ver very hard to remove.. and AVG isn't enough.
Download Superantispyware and Spybot S&D> then scan your pc with both and remove anything they find. NOTE: Superantispywaer qurantines the infceted files so there is no way teh thing can get back and your 100% clean.
Avg is going out soon i recomment Avira free edition.. awsome program and doesn't slow ur pc!
