it seems tht this virus or spyware has come into one of my friends computer and does'nt seem to go…i told him to scan with super antispyware and malwarebytes as well…both did not find the trojan…also tried bitdefender online scanner and avg online scanner both in safe mode and one of them found it and said it had removed it but after restarting it was back….norton 360 was also tried many times but it just detected it and could'nt remove it…awaiting other suggestions…
thanks.

Tip:
If a program removes it then when you re boot its back; this tells you its in system restore, turn off system restore; run the program again which remove it, re boot, if clean turn system restore back on.

i have had the exact same problem!
people told me many things to do, best thing i found was if you put your computer into safe mode, and you do that by restarting you computer and constant press F8 which will bring up a menu, move up by using the up button and press enter when youre on safe mode, run your norton 360 which should find and detect the virus by doing a full system scan as when having your computer in safe mode it will do the bare miminal so accessing the internet wont work, switch off your laptop and it will return your computer into the same as before running safe mode, if when searching the internet you can't access certain pages, load your internet and go onto your internet options, then flick through the tabs on the options box, you'll need programs then find the manage add-ons. when i had this trojan virus, mine was through a add on and i couldnt get rid of the virus through norton, if yours is the add on type, find it through the manage add ons then disable it, go back to norton and remove the virus'. I worked that out after 5 hours of messing about on my laptop after putting it into safe mode. I hope that helps and makes sense (:

Hmm, Zlob? Zlob trojans are mainly for pornographic sites, so if you downloaded some porn, wipe it
