Yep, you can use above programe ,i also had several problems with my computer being really slow.
Turned out there was some dangerous trojan stalling it and reading my data.
But you can try this software that helped me http://www.search-and-destroy.com and
removed the trojan so now I don’t have anymore problems.. Just a little

Did you try: Go into Control Panel, Choose add and remove programs. Scroll down & find the name of av., then highlight it, click on remove.
