How do I run Backup Assistant with my Motorola MOTO W755?

I had run this application on my old phone so that I can transfer all my contacts onto my new MOTO W755, but I can’t figure out how to access Backup Assistant. I got the phone from Verizon online, and was told by Verizon store before that I could run Backup Assistant.

Do you have GET IT NOW on this phone? You have to go under GET IT NOW and search for the Backup Assistant…. Download it, and it will prompt you with some questions/password. Once it gets downloaded, it will automatically “Backup” you contacts from its last update.
