How do I unblock a .dll file that McAfee has blocked & removed?

I have McAfee Internet Security Suite that came with AT&T & I've recently downloaded a hack for MapleStory (yes, I don't like MapleStory so I hack on it to piss kids off) but as some of you may know, most hacks have "viruses" in the files. Well, McAfee keeps blocking a file named MH.dll & I cannot make it so that McAfee will stop blocking & removing that file. All I can do is restore every time McAfee removes it when it scans the computer or when Virus Protection is enabled.

Help, please!
The file stays there if I disable Virus Protection & disable Virus Scanning.

There are no guarantees with illegal downloads/cracks. If you're on that road, you might as well uninstall McAfee
