I want to delete Internet Antivirus because it’s window keeps poping up every few minutes because I don’t wanna buy it so I wanna get rid of it but don’t know how to permanently delete it.

Try to use some professional uninstall tools to help you. I find a good one - Final Uninstaller, it can scan your computer for hidden leftover files and registry entries and completely remove them. In addition, it has a free 30-day full featured trial now!
Perfect Uninstaller is also a good choice.
