it wont let me on to anything!!! i looked at some answers here and tried malwarebytes but 360 wont let me onto the site. i also tried to remove it on the control panel but i couldnt find it on the list so i think its under a different name or something…anyway please help me! and i will pick a best answer!

My dads secretary just did this and worked great. 360 completely slowed down her computer and she couldn't just remove the program. She had to download this removal tool to finalize it. This is from Nortons company site. They walk you through the steps. Hope this helps!

You need to go to this link and read the removal instructions. You may need to download the tools you need to a different computer and put the tools on a flash drive or cd.
