I recently purchased Bitdefender and it made my computer slow…so I want to uninstall it but everytime I try, it says "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Bitdefender, contact your administrator"…I'm using an administrator account so what could be the problem?

You may have to go to the Bitdefender website and download an uninstall program.

Use the BitDefender Removal Tool:
http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB333-en–How-to-uninstall-BitDefender.html
Scroll down the page to where it says 'Uninstalling BitDefender using the uninstall tool'
Alternatively, boot into safe mode and use RevoUninstaller:

It's faster and better than add / remove applet.
When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, click + sign to expand all results and tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.

Try going to Control Panel then remove programs. You should se the icon of your BitDefender antivirus, try to remove it and if you dont succeed try to delete the folder itself from My Computer>Program Files. Make sure you delete all files connected to BitDefender. Specially the icon.
>>I guess "BitDefender" is pretty much useless compared to other antiviruses. It can't delete some of the viruses i have..HEHE..

I saw your previous question where the Revo Uninstaller was recommended, and I agree…So have you tried that?
Your next step would be to run Revo in safe mode.

And if that fails, then I suggest that you ask at the Bitdefender Forums:
