i acidentally installed it and i dont know how to get rid of it
my mom needs help with it she cant figure it out either

Turn off System Restore(viruses/trojans,etc.. love to hide in there)
Control Panel>System>System Restore>Off>Apply>Ok.

Remove it with a removal for it on the address bellow

unpack
run
click on the delete button
let it clean your system
restart your computer

Im presuming your using Vista, if not xp will be roughly the same, click the start button then click control panel then look for Programmes and Features, click that and you get to see all thats installed on ya computer. You should see Cyber whatshisname on there if you have indeed installed it, click on that and you should see up the top of the page a text saying UNINSTALL,or uninstall/repair click uninstall and it will say "are you sure you want to uninstall?" etc just click "yeah and bleeding hurry up john i aint got all day". and it will then say"now, are you REALLY sure you want to uninstall? cos i can come back if you want to think it over with a cup of tea and a sandwhich". Or on mine it says "maybe a vol en vent and a small sherry?" Its a pain i know, just keep clicking "Just uninstall it john before your head needs repairing". Ok mate, i know i,m pissing about but that is how you do it. Trust me, i,m a Gynacoligist.

Well,to completely remove files,You can have a try with Perfect Uninstaller,it is very hepful for me to solve the similar problem.Hope it can help you a lot!
