How do I uninstall Cyberlink Youcam?

I tried the idea in this link months ago:

It works fine, but I want to uninstall it now, how can I do that? I know i have to go to Control Panel and then Add or Remove Programs, but I did that and it wouldn’t let me uninstall it.

A box comes up and says:
‘Error1719.WindowsInstaller service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and unabled.’

I am really freaking out. What if it screws up my laptop??
