I have already uninstalled DVD43 but the yellow face icon remains at the bottom right of the toolbar at the base of the screen. I then have to click on it and then click ‘exit’ before I can remove my dongle.
Any help appreciated

go to your start menu.
click on control panel
then on programs
find your program you want to uninstall
right click and uninstall

Search your computer for all files & folders associated with DVD43 & delete them. Do the same in your registry - Start>Run, type regedit, click on Edit tab, go down to Find, & it will search all entries.
It seems a lot of people have a problem removing this program.
