i have tried the basic step like uninstalling from add or remove option but it din’t displayed a Eset antivirus.
yes there are viruses in my PC. so i am going to install avg 8. but while installing it promted me to uninstall the other AV ( Eset ) which is not being displayed in add or remove option more probably becaose of viruses.
how to overcome this mess?? and my task manager is also been disabled. plz help me out.
eset AV is not seen even in the toolbar .
any solution??
just dont ask me to format my PC. ther might be some solution.

First, if you tried installing ESET on an already infected computer, the virus may have detected the installation and damaged it.
Try running Malware Bytes Anti-malware from http://malwarebytes.org
Once cleaned up, download ESET again, re-install, let it do it’s scan, then you can un-install it if you like, but NOD32 is WAY more effective than AVG for virus protection.
If you didn’t actually install ESET, then there are fragments of the program still in the system after you (or someone else) uninstalled it some time ago. In that case, re-installing and un-installing should still work (There is a 30 day fully-functional free version available at http://eset.com )
Make sure you reboot your comptuer after installing, BEFORE you try un-installing it again.

i hope you didn't do a system restore cause it messes up your registry.anywayz follow these steps:
note-before performing this you must shut down Eset Antivirus.
1.go to "my computer"
2.go to "local disk[c:] in my computer and open it
3.in local disk open the folder "program files"
4.in program files look for the folder called- "Eset" or any folder with the word eset on it.
5. when you found it delete the entire folder and you're done.
doing this process it will shut down eset permanantly and it will be invisible to your pc.
NOTE: ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO REBOOT AFTER THE PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO MAKE AVG INSTALLED SUCCESSFULLY
