I have a problem with both Internet Exlporer 7 and Mozilla Firefox - I'm unable to download/save files - both just wont download/saves files at all. i dont understand….
people are telling me to uninstall and reinstall my firefox. well, how am i supposed to do that if I dont have the the file to install firefox again after i uninstall it??? i mean, i can't download it from Internet Explorer 7 cause it does the same thing Mozilla does - it doesnt download/save files.
what can be wrong with my browsers??? is it my computer or what????
please help cause this is really starting to bug me and im sick of it!

hard for me to imagine that if both browsers have the same problem that the problem is the browsers themselves.
You'd have to provide more information, but the problem is likely something you are doing wrong in trying to download. Maybe you can explain the problem better, like what error message you get when you try to download with one of the browsers

if you want to view your downloads go to tools>downloads. thats on fireefox.
on your comptuer go to downloads. mine is in my users name folder.
you can go on a diff computer and download the file to a flashdrive
yo do that go t the comouter open the firefox website and download but save file as not run. then save it to jumpdrive or w/e and go to your computer and do it there.
if firefox on other computer then save file then go to your computers download file and copy and paste to the jump drive.
