i recently downloaded a game of of bitcomet and it froze so i went to uninstall it and i looked in all programs and add/ remove programs

It doesn't matter where you got the game; without the name of the game nobody's going to be able to help you.

First, I would try downloading an uninstall program from RevoUninstaller.com. Use it to uninstall the game if it's listed, if not then do a search on the game name from start/search and delete everything that turns up on the search.

Yup, you have to tell us what kinda game it is.
Whether you had to install it first or just played straight after downloading.
If you installed it first after downloading, in the same folder, there should be an "uninstall.exe", just click on that and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you just downloaded it and started playing straight away, just delete that folder.
