I’m using the older version of itunes which is 4.7.
I had some fatal errors uninstalling and reinstalling it.
How do I repair my itunes?
I tried to reinstall but the computer said i’m having the latest version of itunes. i restarted my computer and i clicked on my itunes desktop icon but it still mentions there is an error and my itunes is still not the latest version.
How do I recover my itunes?
And now my ipod doesn’t sync at all.
it has something to do with "bonjour service" error… what's that for? i accidentally blocked it at first using zonealarm firewall. now how can i fix it back?

So do you want to uninstall it or repair it? If you want to uninstall right click on the icon and go delete. It will then say would you like to remove shortcut or remove program. CLick remove program and then remove it from the list. To repair it you just need to download the later version of itunes….

i had that problem thius week
because my library had eben updated by an older verison of itunes it wudnt work anymore
so i had to download ituens veriosn 8.0 and installt hat and now it works
