how do i uninstall or get rid of this feature on windows live messenger?

I downloaded a new version of windows live messenger, and automatically it downloaded another program, like a parental control, and every website i have to put my password for my e-mail, and the only websites i don't have to put the password is for kids websites, like funbrain, funschool, etc. is only like 10 websites, how do i get rid of this or uninstall it?
i can not find it in the install/uninstall thing in my computer and by the way i have windows vista.

      click on control panel
      click on add and remove programs
      look for windows live messenger click on it to remove it
