I am trying to install Panda Internet Security 2009. I can’t see the 08 version, but when I’m installing 09 version, it says traces are still there. When I click on add/remove programs, it is not there. I even tried reinstalling 08 so I could uninstall it again and I can’t reinstall 08 because of the traces are still there. I downloaded an uninstaller 09 from Panda, but that didn’t work. I run a search for everything with Panda in it and removed that and it did not work. I have restarted my computer a thousand times and that didn’t work. I clicked on run and typed msconfig and then run my computer under diagnostic mode and that didn’t work. I have emailed Panda 4 times with no response. I do not have a phone number for them for technical support. Please help.
I can't reinstall Panda 08 because it is giving me the same error message - that traces of the previous installation was not deleted. I've tried deleting it manually through Program Files, but it is telling me access denied and that I can't delete Panda. Any other suggestions?

Go to Windows Explorer and look under program files for the rest of this and right click then delete any remaining items
