Hello
I will assume that you are using MS Windows.
Try this:
- Open Control Panel
- Open Add/Remove Programs
- Select Sypzooka from the list
- Click Uninstall/Remove and follow onscreen instructions.
- Restart computer
Hope this helps.

You are using a limited account. This means that you can’t do certain things which might negatively affect the entire computer. Someone else who uses your computer (your parent for example) has the account that created yours. This is called an administrator account.
To uninstall the program, have an administrator (whoever that is) log in and uninstall the program. That’s one option.
The second, easier, thing you can do is to Right-click the Uninstall option you clicked before and choose Run as Administrator… Have the administrator type in the user name and password, and then the uninstallation will run properly without you having to log-off and switch users.
You might ask your administrator to give you administrator privileges so that you can make these changes yourself in the future.

Use RevoUninstaller:
http://www.download.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html?part=dl-RevoUnins&subj=uo&tag=button&cdlPid=10854684
It’s faster and better than add / remove applet.
When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, click + sign to expand all results and tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.
If the file is locked use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?hhTest=1.
Download, install, update and select Full Scan, click More Tools tab and click on Run Tool under File Assassin and browse for the folder.
Then run full scan and remove all infections that it finds after scan.
