I do not know how, but somehow i accidentally installed a fake and malicious virus called antivirus system pro (also called antivirus 2009). I have spent hours looking at guides of how to uninstall this program and none of them are working for me. I know about programs like Malwarebytes and I have the installation file downloaded but everytime I try to run it antivirus 2009 says that it is infected and won’t let it continue. I can’t even open my task manager to end the process, it won’t allow it to open either. It seems like this program won’t let me run any program to get rid of it. I’m seriously going crazy!!! Please someone tell me how i can remove this program.

Try this:
Shut your computer down. When you begin to boot it back up, continuously press F8 until a menu comes up with multiple options. One of the top options should be "Safe Mode with Networking." Select that and wait for the computer to start. Then try running Malwarebytes. If Malwarebytes doesn’t run, there are more programs like Dr. Web CureIt, Spybot Search&Destroy, and Avast that may be able to take care of the problem. Again, try running all of these in Safe Mode. Once a scan is successful, I recommend scanning AGAIN in regular mode to make sure you caught all of the problems.

If you can’t run any program then :
Download this removal tool
Unpack it on another computer if you cannot do this on yours
Rename it to rundll32.exe
Then run
Click on the delete button
Restart your computer
Everything sould be alright now.

Ugh - I hate this type of malware
The most common method of getting these trojans through is a pop-up window that tells you about the "infection" and gives you Cancel and Continue buttons. The cancel button is a LIE - click it and the software actually treats it as a user approval to install. Always kill these type windows by clicking the red X in the upper right corner of the window.
Here are a few things you can try:
Can you reach the Task Manager by using Ctrl-Alt-Delete and selecting the Task Manager button?
Then you might be able to kill the malware task
Or- Try running msconfig from your Start->Run command (XP) or Start->Search box (Vista).
Tell it to do a Diagnostic startup only. Hopefully that will allow you to reboot without the malware
Or- Otherwise, try rebooting and pressing the F8 key every second or so until Windows Safe Mode selection appears. Continue onto safe mode and hopefully bypass the rogue software
Then try the Malwarebytes installer.
You won’t like to hear this, but the last time someone in my office got nailed by this, it was easier & faster to rebuild the entire hard drive from a recent backup than to get all traces of this malware out.
