How do I uninstall the AT&T communication manager?

I dont need this program anymore, and it is becoming a bit of a hassle. I would like to uninstall it, but everytime i try, it says that the C:\Windows\installer\setup.msi file is missing.. I have tried updating to a newer version of the program, in doing that, hoping that it would restore that file, so that I could then unistall it, but it wont install the newer version, because it still cant uninstall the older version… Please help!!!
