I tried the add or remove tab in the contol panel but there is no sign of this software ther.Im not able to uninstall it.Please somebody help me before I loose my patience with this ….because its warnin me like every second and blocking the sites I want to enter.Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help me…:(

start menu > all programs > click on personal antivirus > uninstall….then run malwarebytes, its freeware.

You dont ..its time for a reinstall .this is not a antivirus but a VIRUS and a BITCH of one .http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php. try this first the personal antivirus may not let it run or install.Even pros have a hard time. I would suggest a System restore if that does not work since it may be loged in there grab your Comp disks /Backup all important info and reinstall the OS.Spy key is a MORON and has never run into this VIRUS.

Run malwarebyte tool to remove it. But may be you can infected later again and huge problem than this one. So i will suggest try pcfixpoint annual plan and make your computer safe and secure ….. http://www.pcfixpoint.com
