You Can’t Uninstall PAV,You Have To Manually Remove It.
1.Go To http://malwarebytes.org And Download The Free Version Of MB.Then Save It As "Something.exe"
2.Save MB To Your Desktop And Restart Your Computer.
3.Before The Boot Screens Appears,Tap The F8 Button.
    4.Choose "Safe Mode With Networking"
    5.Log Into Your Account.
    6.Install MB.
7.Update MB And Then Run A Full System Scan.
    8.Remove What Was Found.
    9.Restart The Computer.

Personal Antivirus is definitely NOT your friend! Under the guise of a helpful tool, this PC parasite will only cause damage to any computer system it inhabits.

For all the information needed to remove this dubious application, you should check out:

    http://www.pcthreat.com/parasitebyid-7813en.html

Here you will be able to download the FREE infection scanner, and should your system be infected with this dubious infection, you will be given detailed instructions on how to combat the parasite.

You should also update your anti-virus software. You can find the Free trial version of Avira AntiVir here:

Remember to also keep your anti-spyware tools updated.
    Good luck!
