I installed Creative Webcam a few days ago. I now get a looping message telling me to register my product. I close it and it pops back up. I try to register and it tells me thanks for registering, and then it pops back up. I go under computer, C drive and try to delete it and it says I don’t have permission. WHAT CAN I DO? It pops up every time I close it or try to continue? I even tried reinstalling the program and restarting m computer. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I uninstalled it all and I then went to Computer, C Drive, program Files and it is there. I click delete and it says "Destination Folder Access Denied: You need permission to perform this action." FROM WHO? I am the main person on this computer!!!

EXTREMELY simple, very powerful. find the file, and it will delete it.
it may ask you to restart afterwards.

If its a windows XP machine:
Make sure you are logged in under an Administrator account!
left click the “start” menu (bottom left hand corner)
left click the “control panel” (probrably right hand side of the menu)
double left click the “add/remove programs” (usually at the top in “classic” mode)
click the “uninstall programs” tab (I think thats what it’s called)
scroll down the list till you find the program you want to get rid of and click “unistall”
If this doesn’t work you can try a freeware unistall utillity, these attempt to get rid of the WHOLE program instead of just relying on the provided uninstaller. A list of freeware unistallers can be found here:
http://www.freeware-guide.com/dir/util/uninst.html
If this doesn’t work, you can hold down ctrl+alt+delete to access the task manager. Click the processes tab, find the part of the program still running, select it and click “end task” (might have to just guess which on it is) this CAN crash you’ll system and you’ll have to restart.
Then try and delete the program.
If you cannot find it in the task manager you might find it running as a service by clicking “start” then “run…” and typing “services.msc” and clicking ok. Theres a huge list of services and they’ll say “started” if they are running. You’ll have to guess which one it is.
If none of THOSE work, get an up to date virus and malware scanner and scan your system. There are freeware versions available to download.
If that doesn’t work, google “unistalling creative webcam” and variant serches to see what it comes up with.
