How do I uninstall/re-install Windows Live Messenger?

Ok, I installed Messenger Plus and added a couple of scripts, now it will not log me on (i can get on still by an online messenger so my account is fine) and it isnt in the add/remove programs list AND theres no uninstall file in the directory, and i just want to know how i can uninstall/reinstall it thanks.
