How do I update my AVG?

It says I need to update my AVG so I looked on and it says that the Anti-Virus is out of date. So I click update and it brings up a box that says..
'Locate the folder with the update file and press ok'
Only thing is I dont know which is the 'update file'
Any help please?

Simply launch AVG Control Center~Right Click Anti Virus~Click update

Or right click on update manager, click up date

If you're using old version or not updated from longer time, it would be better if you install most recent version which will update itself once you start your computer.
