How do unbock limewire on firewall?

I downloaded limewire once, and when it asked me to grant access to the internet, I didn't know what that meant so I pressed block all access and by doing that limewire wouldn't start up, so I tried downoading it again figuring it would ask me again, but it didn't. It will let me download it but I cant open it. So, HOW DO I UNBLOCK LIMEWIRE ON MY FIREWALL BLOCKER? 'cause thats whats it telling me I need to do.

turn off your virus protector while you are downloading songs etc.
