How do uninstall, it doesnt appear in control panel?

I got this program off the internet and apperantly its either corrupted or virus inffested. So i tried to remove it from the control panel and it was uninstalling well untill it froze and i had shut it by using task manager. The shortcut is gone but the folder in my computer is still there. I tried delleting the whole folder but it says i have no permission to delete it. Im the admin on comp. so that weird.

Any help??
