How do you completely uninstall a demo program?

I've read somewhere that Yahoo! Messenger crashes or is not responding because of WindowBlinds and other skinning programs thingy. XD
I had WindowBlinds before but I uninstalled it already, I had the demo which lasts for a month. I uninstalled it, but in order to be sure, I'd like to completely uninstall/delete it. So how do you do it? Without any programs.
