How do you fully uninstall Frostwire?

I downloaded frostwire like two days ago on my laptop and i went to the control panel and deleted it completely (or so i thought) about 1hr after i downloaded it. I guess frostwire will turn on when you turn your computer on and since i deleted it it just pulls up a start up error reports saying that frostwire had some problems and asks if i wanted to send the report, i have deleted everything off of the computer that resembles frostwire,,,What else do i need to do???
