I have a virus in my computer (look at my other questions) so I used the Windows XP setup CD to repair, but the problem is that they ask for an administrator's password to go ahead with the repairing and I don't know the password. How to I get pass this problem? I really need to repair my files and I can't get into safe mode either…On startup, my comp also reads that NTLDR is missing, so basically I can't use my computer until I repair it. I don't want to resort to reformatting my computer either because I have very important files on my hard drive that I can't access at all because of the virus. Please help!
