i have tried to drag in into the trash and it wont go, i have tried to right click on it and the only options are hide and quit, so i can even figure out how to delete it, where do i go to find it and delete. it is a quicken software for macs that i downloaded and it doesnt work, and now my computer cant ever shut down because the program will not quit even when i tell it to. i guess thats what i get for trying to put a microsoft program on my mac, god i hate microsoft

Make sure that you have quit the program before you try to put it in the trash. Once you have quit the program, go to the applications folder and drag the program to the trash.

I use the "App. Cleaner" software in Mac.
It erases all the files associated with that particular application/software that comes with the installed program.
It’s safe and free.

P.S. All you have to do is install this software and drag the application/program into it and erase all the files that you want.
