How do you uninstall groovemonitor.exe in windows vista home basic?

This is the original response. I don't see the run option in the start menu. see below.

I'm not sure if you can completely remove the groove monitor since it is bundled in ms office 2007 but you can stop it from starting when you start windows.

Start>Run>type in MSCONFIG>Startup tab - uncheck any reference to "groovemonitor" then reboot
