how do you uninstall ICQ toolbar from Firefox?

i downloaded ICQ but i wanted to uninstall it later.
i uninstalled the program but the Firefox toolbar is still there.
there isn’t a way to uninstall it from control panel, and it won’t let me uninstall it from the Add-On page in Firefox.
i am open to all suggestions
first working solution gets 10 points for sure.
i’ve tried tools > add ons > extensions
but the option to uninstall is un-clickable.

In firefox go to File -> Tools -> Addons. Under the Extensions tab find the ICQ toolbar addon and click Uninstall.
