I have Windows XP, I went to Add/Remove programs but when I click remove it says :
"The InstallShield Engine (iKernal.exe) could not be launched No such interface supported"
And when I click 'change' it says:
"An error occurred when trying to uninstall illustrator 10. It may have been uninstalled. Would you like to remove illustrator 10 from add/ remove list?"
But I can still get into the program.
Add/ Remove uninstalled photoshop and indesign just fine so i don't know why it's not for illustrator.

Go to download.com and get Revo uninstaller (it's free). That should wipe it.

Try going to your local disc (C:)(Under My Computer). From there go to your program files, find Illustrator 10, and delete the whole folder. Hope it works!
