my Dell webcam central and webcam driver got deleted, so i downloaded a webcam driver from the internet and during its installation it keep saying that there were dll files missing.. so i downloaded all the ones they said i was missing..when i finshed the installation after that my screen turned blue and i got a windows message saying that it was shutting down to prevent damage to my hard drive..i tried to unistall it through device manager and it said that it failed to uninstall i must reboot…i did reboot but itstll keeps displaying that same message..and it also wont let me system restore, and my megabytes on my hard drive and free space keeps dropping even though im not downloading or taking up space..and i keep getting that message about low disk space..i keep defragmenting and using disk clean up and rebooting but it dosent fix my problems and ive used a virus scan but it says that no virus was detected..does any one no how i can fix this?

First things first..
Restart your computer, keep tapping F8 and get into Safe Mode. Try running System Restore from there.
This should be the driver for your integrated webcam.

If nothing’s working, your last option would be to take the computer back to factory settings. Backup your files to an external HDD as you’d be losing everything that was not on the computer when you received it from Dell. You can do this by booting from the Vista DVD and selecting Dell Factory Image Restore from the repair options. The whole process takes about 8-10 minutes, a lot simpler than reinstalling Windows using DVD.
