I have a slave drive that I am using that used to be my master drive. I have several programs on there that I would like to uninstall. Since they don't show up on that add/remove programs, how do you remove them. Not all of the software has an uninstaller in their directory.

If the OS is still good on the slave drive, you're best bet is to boot into the slave drive and go into add/remove programs on it — this will ensure the cleanest uninstall.
However, if you never plan on using it for the OS again and just want more space for the data, you could always delete the application directories in Program Files (or wherever you have them) but I wouldn't recommend it.
