Control Pannel >>Software
There you can uninstall any program even when there is a working uninstaller. Do use uninstaller, when it is there. It is n't there for nothing.

First try the ADD/REMOVE programs in your Contol Panel:
Hit Start then click on Control Panel then look for Add/Remove Programs and find the application you want to remove. Then click on remove.
If the normal ADD/REMOVE Programs in your Control Panel does not completely do it you might want to check out the information and instructions on this site:

They reference a great piece of advanced software (freeware) that cleans up registry and will completely remove any application from your ADD/REMOVE program screen in your Control Panel . Some software leaves behind registry keys that create the problems you are seeing. It worked great for me. Back up first!! This software helped me completely get rid of iTunes and all latent registry entires so I could load a fresh copy. I was going nuts trying to completely uninstall it until I found this. You will be pulling your hair out of your head unless you do a thorough removal as described at the referenced posted article. The link to the software is there too !!
