I have already taken it off of my add/remove programs list on my computer and hasn’t been on that list since.
I don’t even have it listed (for reasons I don’t know) in my “all programs” list to uninstall it that way.
Anyways to the point…I thought I successfully unistalled it but for some reason it isn’t and still annoys me with all of its pop ups. Please tell me how to completely remove this from my computer. PLEASE!
Also is there any way I can remove this without paying any money?

in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware, and what they find you
delete it manually. then run ccleaner to cleand your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry.
what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program.
even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid.

Best way to get rid of that terrible Malware easily is to download combofix.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUB…
Download it and run it, agree to the license, and let it scan. Should get rid of most of it. After that if you need anti-virus, use AVG 8.0, it’s free and it doesn’t expire, install and update it, and let it scan to get rid of the rest of it. free.avg.com and download the free edition of AVG 8.0.

Your machine is badly infected with that crap.
Follow the simple procedure here:

It's a malware infection caused by a rogue program that infects users computers and finds non-existent problems in a bid to get users to purchase the fake software.
Use the following free programs, download, install, update and reboot into Safe Mode to remove:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:
http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE
Select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan and remove infections, then click on Preferences, click Repairs Tab and click on any of the System and Browser Repair Items that you may have problems with then click Perform Repair.
Use BOTH for maximum effect as they work slightly differently.
ONLY IF the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives.
After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.

It won’t let me go onto the websites….

My roommate is in the same boat as the last commenter. No websites work, all of them redirect.
Also, SUPER Antispyware crashes when we try to install it or run it off of a USB drive (which may just be his computer being old, not Spyware Guard 2008’s fault).

This virus is very annoying. I have simular problems as most of the people that left comments. Annoying msg comes out every time I open a new browser saying that my computer is not protected. Many viruses detected…… Windows Security Center sends a msg that “I need to get a license to Spyware guard 2008. Which I never seen before. This program blocks access to AVG, Mcafee….other antivirus software and does not allow me to download none of them. I have been messing with this stuff for several hours now, but do not want to risk loosign some of my data.
Please advice step by step what I can try !
Thanks

Download them onto a flash driver on a different computer and rename the installers, like from m-bam.exe to jello.exe, rename to anything and try to install.
