How do you uninstall SuperAntiSpyware?

I've asked this question before but received no relevant answer. After removing it from the Add/Remove Programs list it is still installed. Some suggested to delete the program folder but the system doesn't let you do that. There is also no uninstaller file inside the program folder so that didn't help either.
