Once you uninstall 2009 antivirus I would recommend you to install Avast Antivirus ( its the best free software out)

Ok, follow the instructions first before using the free removal guide using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
* Click on Start, click Run, and then type devmgmt.msc and click OK
* On the View menu click on Show hidden devices
* Browse to Non-Plug and Play Drivers and you should see something like TDSSserv.sys
* Highlight that driver and right click on it and select DISABLE
* Now RESTART your computer.
Then follow this guide.
"If Antivirus 2009 has been installed on your system without your permission or you are seeing popup advertising or recommending that you use Antivirus 2009 your system is infected with the zlob trojan."
