If Norton Antivirus doesn’t cleanly uninstall from the Control Panel Add or Remove Programs entry, Norton/Symantec does provide a complete product removal tool. The key word here is COMPLETE. It removes all things Norton/Symantec from the machine, so use it only if you want to either get rid of all Norton stuff or reinstall other packages.
