someone recommended me to get quickheal antivirus software. My norton antivirus subscription expired and i really do not want to use norton again, because it failed to protect computer and i had to do hard drive recovery many times.
I went to quickheal antivirus website and i read that the quickheal security suite costs $52 an year.
Isn't $52 an year bit too much for security suite? it has antivirus, firewall, antispwyare combined.
But I just don't feel comfortable paying $52 for 1 year subsciption to quickheal. However Norton does poor job.
So what should I use now?

I would get kaspersky if you willing to pay. Its one of the top ones in my opinion the top one.

Quickheal is a useless and dangerous scam. Stay away from it! Use these instead:

They are all the best in their category and FREE. Stay away from AVG or security suites.

Quickheal anti-virus ranked 39th out of 49 in this recent test of virus detection rates at virus.gr.

Looks like a load of rubbish anyway, doesn't appear to have any industry certifications and I have never heard of it.
Also is not listed in the latest VB100, CSA Labs or AV Comparatives lists so I would steer clear.
My advice, go for the best stuff on the market which also happens to be FREE!
Comodo firewall pro is the best firewall on the market at the moment by far, just google it for test results; and the best AV app according to the latest tests is Avira.
Check them out and save yourself a bundle.

Internet Security Suites include a firewall, anti-virus and other products.
So i recommend Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0.
Have a free try first, anyway.
