How to Burn DVDs on a mac easily?

How to Burn DVDs on a mac?
i am wondering how i can burn a DVD that is playable on any regular DVD player in a tv with out useing “iDVD” on a mac…is there a simpler program that is fast, it does not matter if it costs something just what is the program name?
i have found :
iskysoft DVD creator
toast titanium
iDVD

could someone suggest any more? other than the ones above

      Install parallels, load Windows Vista, and use Windows DVD Maker. Perfect movies with cool animated menus. Totally awesome way better than old XP and Mac stuff.
