how to change start up wallpaper on windows xp?

The wallpaper I'm talking about loads right before the logon screen… This start up wallpaper doesnt change even if I change my desktop Wallpaper.I been tried changing the desktop setting but I still see this wallpaper when i restart the computer.
My niece had made a mistake and set the picture to wallpaper and now i cant get it off.i dont know the name of the picture so there's no way I can delete the pic.

anybody know how I can change this wallpaper

      I don't know if this works with XP, I know it worked with Windows 98SE. At the logon screen press escape and see if it takes you to the desktop. If so, change the wallpaper there and see if that has the desired effect.

      You will need to get TweakUI which is free utility available at any of the download sites such as Cnet.
