How to completely uninstall ParetoLogic Anti-Virus PLUS?

October 9th, 2009 · 3 Comments

I installed demo version ParetoLogic Anti-Virus PLUS to look how it works, compare with other antivirus tools, and define, if it compatible with other my software. It is maybe a good tool, but it is not what I was looking for.
I finished check with this program, exit normally, then uninstall it through ControlPanel. I use Windows XP Pro SP3. However I’ve got a message "Error loading C:\program Files\Common Files\ParetoLogic|UUS2\UUS.dll The specfied module couldn’t be found.".
I carefully clean Registers (found some for Pareto) and remove Folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\ParetoLogic. Even after that I’m still have regular the same message Looks like uninstall doesn’t work correctly. Completely the same happened on other my PC
Could you please help me ASAP how to fully uninstall this software.

Go to the Start and All Programs Menu. Navigate to Accessories, System Tools and then Scheduled Tasks. Open this tab.

The window may have a bunch of different programs and icons, but most likely, for most users, it will have one or two. Click on ParetoLogic Registration and right click and hit delete. Did you feel the power of removing the error message.Reboot and you should be good to go!
