How to crack RAR password encryption?!?

I have a RAR file that I forgot the password to and I wanted to know if there is a way I can crack it? I had one program that did a dictionary attack to try to open it but that didn't work. The problem is I think it is a combination of letters and numbers. Any ideas? 10 points to best answer.

Most people keep a common name for there passwords(trust me from former hacking), so I would try using a common word you use today like I used to use NinjaPresident1 for like everything, you should try using something you use today with a little twist.
