how to delete ado .dll file in windows command prompt?

Installing Vista SP1 stopped on reboot because of corrupt files (chkdsk identified 6 corrupt files.) I managed to delete 3 by typing "del c:\windows\system32\filename.dll" There are three files I can't get to delete: msadomd.dll, msador15.dll, msjro.dll. I typed del c:Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msadomd.dll. Any alternate suggestions would be appreciated.
